Research

Conducted research on stakeholders, including potential buyers, investors, competitors, local community members, and regulatory bodies. Analyzed market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform design and marketing decisions.

Design &
Prototyping

Created wireframes and finalized prototype designs for the brochure and website using Figma and Adobe InDesign. Collected and incorporated feedback from different stakeholders, including the client, potential buyers, and industry experts, to refine the designs.

Production

Instructed the print shop and selected print materials to turn the finalized brochure prototype into physical brochures. Polished the website prototype into a fully functional website, launched the website, and ensured all features were working correctly.

Presentation
Centre Preparation

Visualized the gallery setup for the presentation centre using SketchUp to create a detailed layout and sizing plan. Obtained quotes from print shops and processed the printing of gallery materials. Created a promotional video using Adobe Premiere Pro, including finding suitable background music, scripting, storyboarding, and editing the video to align with the chosen music.

Optimization

Optimized the website for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and attract potential buyers. Created a Google Business profile for the presentation centre to enhance local search presence and provide key information. Integrated a booking and registration system on the website for appointment scheduling and newsletter sign-ups. Set up Google Analytics to track user engagement and gather insights for future marketing strategies.

The 8899 Spires project was a comprehensive effort that combined digital and physical marketing strategies to effectively showcase a new townhouse development. Through careful planning, design, and execution, the project met its objectives and received positive feedback from stakeholders. My roles included graphic design for the brochure, UX/UI for the website, website designer, marketing coordinator for the presentation centre, and video editor for the promotional video. This project highlighted my ability to manage and deliver cohesive design and marketing solutions in the real estate industry.
